CCTCA Exhibits Procedure
The following steps outline how to submit an Exhibit proposal for the CCTCA annual Convention.
1. Register on the website at www.cctca.com using a valid email address. If you have registered previously and have forgotten your password, use the "forgot password" link to recover it.
2. Login at www.cctca.com and under the exhibitors menu, select "submit a proposal."
3. Fill in all required information including a description of your exhibit. Be sure to include information on any food/drink being distributed, or any live animals being displayed or esthetic services being performed. Also, all organizations sharing the booth must be stated in the application or the booth will be subject to cancellation with no refund. Finally, doublecheck that the email you have supplied is correct as that is how all communication will be delivered.
4. Once you have submitted your proposal, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your proposal. It will include a copy of the information you submitted to ensure that it is correct. If any changes are necessary, please email exhibits@cctca.com. In approximately one week, you should receive confirmation as to whether your exhibit has been approved or declined.
5. If you are accepted, you will receive an email contract. You must accept the terms of the contract by checking the appropriate box, and then at the bottom you must click one of two payment options. If you click to pay by cheque, you will be shown the address to send the cheque to and must print off and send in the form that is generated with your payment. As it is a P.O. Box, please do not courier your payment. Once your cheque is received and is entered into our database, an email will be sent indicating that your payment has been received. If you click to pay online by credit card (no AMEX), you will enter your payment information and once it is submitted a receipt will be generated for you to print off for your records. Please note no other receipt will be provided. **Note that you will not be assigned a booth until payment is received**
6. By January 15th, you will be sent information regarding exhibitor move-in as well as your booth number. At this time a map of the exhibits floor will become available under the exhibits tab at www.cctca.com so you can see the exact location of your booth. Once you have your booth number, you will be able to arrange for shipping of materials, storage for Palliser convention, additional booth utilities, furniture, etc., using the links to the appropriate forms found on the exhibitor page. You also need to familiarize yourself with the 2012 Exhibitor information document. The link to this document is found under the exhibits tab at www.cctca.com.

Exhibitors agree to follow all building regulations for the Telus Convention Centre.

CCTCA reserves the right to cancel any exhibit booth contract at any time.

Booths cancelled after September 1st, 2011 will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Booths cancelled after January 1st, 2012 will not be refunded.
