Please read the following general information before submitting a proposal.

Each 10’ x 10’ booth space includes:
o 8’ high backwall drapery
o 3’ high sidewall drapery
o 1 – 4’ skirted table (skirted 4 sides)
o 1 – 8’ skirted table (skirted 3 sides)
o 2 – padded chairs
o 10’ x 10’ black booth carpet
o 1 – 1500W duplex outlet
o 1 – 7” x 44” company name sign

Booth fees for the 2009 Calgary City Teachers’ Convention are as follows:

Please note the following:
- The Calgary City Teachers’ Convention Association reserves the right to cancel an exhibitor’s contract.

Exhibitor booth(s) cancelled after September 1, 2008 are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Exhibitor booth(s) cancelled after January 1, 2009 will not be subject to a refund.
Additional booth utilities can be requested and purchased directly from the Telus Convention Centre.
