New to Convention 2010

The members of the CCTCA are proud to bring the following changes/additions this year.

 

The Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra will be performing a special, hour long concert in appreciation of the Calgary teachers. Join us at the EPCOR CENTRE's Jack Singer Concert Hall for this free event, on Thursday February 11th, at 11am (doors: 10:30am). Pre registration is required. SMART Technologies is offering six sessions at their offices which are normally up to $150 per person, but free for pre-registered teachers attending Convention.  Check your booklet for more information!

Expanded facilities -- To deal with increased numbers of delegates, we are excited to announce the following venues will be used this year for different sessions: Hyatt Regency Hotel, Telus Convention Centre, Epcor Centre, Glenbow Museum, St. Mary's High School, SAIT (limited sessions), Blackfoot Crossing (limited sessions), and the SMART Techologies office.  Please read your booklet carefully and watch for notices concerning session locations.

Friday afternoon social activities -- Join us outside the Exhibits Hall in the Telus Convention Centre after your last session on Friday afternoon to listen to HOJA and experience a repeat performance from comedianne, Zandra Bell.
