IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PROTECTION OF PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

By using the pre-registration system, you consent to your contact information being collected and shared with your session's speaker for the sole purpose of providing you with updates regarding your session's time, location, equipment and supplies required, and other instructions. If you do not want your contact information shared, please do not proceed with preregistration. The Alberta Teachers' Association's Privacy Officer is available directly at 780-447-9429 to answer questions related to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information.

Pre-Registration Information

Please only register for one session per time block.
If you experience website troubles on January 24, it is likely due to increased user volume. Please try again later. Our Program Coordinator, Dan Grassick, is available the morning of January 24 to help you if you have login troubles. Please contact him at danielgrassick@gmail.com. Our Web Coordinator, Aaron Lerner, is available the rest of the week to help you out. You can contact him at info@cctca.com
Session full? Please check back again before the deadline of February 3 as other delegates will often cancel their registrations. Currently, the system cannot handle significant waiting lists.
If you change your mind about attending a session, please follow the links on your confirmation letter to cancel your registration before February 2 to open the space for another teacher delegate.
Note that some preregistered sessions have a nominal fee. Please bring a cheque or cash and pay the session presenter directly. The CCTCA does not handle session fees.
You may be contacted by the session presenter before the session with more details. Please check your email for any correspondance.

To preregister for a session....

Find the session you want to preregister for noting the following:
- The sessions are alphabetical by speaker name
- You can search by audience/subject
- You can use the Edit...Find feature on the web browser
Click on "Pre-register" on the far right of the session listing. You do not need to register or log in to the website to register for a session.
Complete the information page - first name, last name, email, school name and school board name are all required fields
Click on "Pre-register!"

** Please note that the number of seats listed will not automatically refresh - if you have not just loaded the page, some of the seats listed may now be booked. When you click on "preregister", if the session is full, a message will display at the top of the information page.
