Hotel Information

This year, Convention will be using the Regency Hyatt as our host hotel.  To book in as a Convention speaker, Exhibitor or delegate and receive discounted pricing, please use the below link:

If you have requested accomodations as a part of your speaking contract, you will receive one night's stay in the Hyatt Regency.  Please notify the Hospitality Chair once you have booked your room to ensure that we cover this cost.  You will be required to provide a credit card to the Hyatt Regency to hold your room and cover any incidental charges.  The CCTCA will not pay for in-room dining, entertainment, or beverages.

 Arriving by Car?                 

Parking is expensive in downtown Calgary both at the Telus Convention Centre and at St. Mary's School.  We recommend using Calgary Transit to all teachers to reserve space in these areas for Exhibitors and Session speakers.

The CCTCA will not pay for parking for session speakers unless requested in the Speaker Proposal as a travel expense.
