How to Be an Exhibitor at Convention: 

Registration opens June 15, 2022.  Booth sales close January 31, 2023.

Convention is in person and the exhibitor hall will be at Telus Convention Centre, Calgary Alberta.

Calgary City Teachers Convention will offer two exhibitor options:

1.  On site, Telus Convention Centre

2. Virtual, offering virtual space where an organization/company may promote the educational resources and materials online.  There will be booth chat and event chat available to engage teachers.  There will be a large screen at the convention exhibitor hall to promote engagement with the virtual exhibitor during convention.


To order your ON SITE booth for the 2023 Calgary City Teachers' Convention:

  1. Familiarize yourself with our Exhibitor Policies and all other information found under the Exhibitors menu.
  2. Complete the Exhibitor Registration form for application approval.  NOTE: As per ATA PEC requirement, all exhibitor booths must provide education materials and resources.  See POLICY HERE.  As a result, booths will be reviewed by CCTCA/ATA committee to ensure booths meet required standards.  Once this approval is obtained, potential exhibitors will be contacted by email.
  3. Login using your new username or password.
  4. Purchase your booth and select the on-site location.  Some booths are locked as they are pre determined locations for ATA booths and designated partner booths.
  5. There will be one price for on-site booth selection $1080.00.  There is an EARLY BIRD, ending December 1, 2022. The EARLY BIRD fee is $980.00.
  6. Once you add a booth or booths to your cart, you will be prompted to check-out.
  7. Click on the "Items in My Cart" link at the top of the page to finish your order.  You may pay by Mastercard or Visa to process your order right away.  If you'd like to pay by cheque, you may do so.  The booth will be held for the organization for 30 days while waiting for payment.  If payment is not received in 30 days the booth will be cancelled and available for purchase.
  8. The organization will receive an email at check out.  It will include mailing instructions for payment by cheque, cancelling your order, and accessing a copy of your invoice.


To order your VIRTUAL booth for the 2023 Calgary City Teachers' Convention:

  1. Familiarize yourself with our Exhibitor Policies and all other information found under the Exhibitors menu.
  2. Complete the Exhibitor Registration form for application approval.  NOTE: As per ATA PEC requirement, all exhibitor booths must provide education materials and resources.  See POLICY HERE.  As a result, booths will be reviewed by CCTCA/ATA committee to ensure booths meet required standards.  Once this approval is obtained, potential exhibitors will be contacted by email.
  3. Login using your new username or password.
  4. Once you're logged in,  the Order Your Booth page will become available HERE. 
    • After you add  a booth to your cart, you will be prompted to check-out.  
  5.         There will be one price for virtual booth selection, $250.00.  There is an EARLY BIRD, ending December 1, 2022. The EARLY            BIRD fee is $200.00.
  6. Click on the "Items in My Cart" link at the top of the page to finish your order.  You may pay by Mastercard or Visa to process your order right away.  If you'd like to pay by cheque, you may do so, booth and applicable discount will not apply until payment is received.
  7. You'll receive an email when you check-out that includes mailing instructions for paying by cheque, cancelling your order, and accessing a copy of your invoice.

Notice to Reader:

CCTC2023 will feature a virtual exhibitor space.  However, the convention is in person.
