Do you wish to volunteer or know a teacher who would like to volunteer their time to Calgary City Teachers' Convention 2023?

Calgary City Teachers' Convention Association require volunteers during convention. Convention is in person in 2023. The dates of convention are February 16 and February 17, 2023.  

You are able to volunteer for the day or a portion of the day, we appreciate all your volunteer hours!

Calgary City Teachers' Convention requires Volunteers to be in person, on location during convention.  We will require volunteers to assist with:

MacLeod Hall, Keynote Speakers: onboarding, tidying the room post session and supporting RUSH seating.

Exhibitor Hall Theatre, Keynote Speakers: onboarding, tidying the room post session and supporting RUSH seating.

Telus Convention Center support: Glen Rooms; Macleod Rooms and Chinook Rooms.

Hyatt Regency support.

Health and Wellness: masks distribution for those who would like a mask and hand sanitizer station reminders.

Volunteers will receive a $15 gift card for each session worked.  The gift cards are for Starbucks or Tim Hortons. Gift cards will be payable to each volunteer based upon number of volunteer opportunities. Cards will be sent to volunteer via email 7 days post convention.

We ask all volunteer to participate in ONE training session.
